It all started with a group of friends, a shared love for craft beer, and a dream to bring something uniquely Filipino to the world of brewing. We were the kind of friends who gathered over bottles of beer, swapping stories and savoring the complex flavors of craft brews from around the globe. But one question kept coming up: Why isn’t there a craft beer that truly represents the Filipinos?
That’s when the idea for Crazy Carabao was born. Inspired by the hardworking, resilient, and ever-dependable national animal of the Philippines, we set out to create a brewery that embodies the spirit of our homeland. Just like carabaos, we’re rooted in tradition, but not afraid to break new ground. We’re bold, a little wild, and fiercely proud of where we come from.
OUR JOURNEY BEGAN IN A SMALL, MAKESHIFT BREWERY IN MANILA
Where we experimented with flavors, tested recipes, and poured our hearts into every batch. We wanted to create beers that not only tasted great but also told a story—a story of Filipino creativity, passion, and community. From the very first sip, we knew we were onto something special.
