These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at shop.crazycarabao.ph (together or individually “Service”) operated by Hopheads Inc.
Hopheads Inc, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” (“we”, “our”, “us”).

As such, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and waives any venue or other objection against, the court of Pasig City. All claims and matters may be heard and determined in such court and each party waives any right to object to such filing on venue, forum non convenient, or similar grounds.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.
